This pilot initiative aims to unite the local council, schools, businesses, and charitable organisations to collaboratively tackle this challenge. The project is currently in the discovery phase. School children will play an integral role in shaping the project, ensuring that their needs and perspectives guide our efforts effectively.

This pilot scheme aims to pair industry experts with young people, including those from disadvantaged groups and women entering the tech field. Through this mentoring program and by providing access to training, we aim to accelerate the development of these mentees, helping them take their first steps in the digital industry.

We allocate a portion of our profits to support humanitarian causes worldwide because we believe in contributing positively to global communities in need and demonstrating corporate social responsibility.
